Advanced degree in organizational development.

Directs the Center for Educational Practice to assist faculty development at Saint Xavier University.

Maintains close contact with most recent research on teaching.

Works with faculty in the development of teaching portfolios.

MY APPROACH TO WORKING WITH STUDENTS

I enjoy learning from my students as well as helping them to learn. I am committed to the development of each student’s self-esteem through practice in communication. I try to emphasize the essential elements of any communication process and to practice what I preach. I won’t have you do what I don’t do.
