1. Q: The Program Evaluation tool on CLAWS says that I still need to take EDU205 and EDU323 although I have transferred their equivalencies to SXU. What's going on?

A: The evaluation program is not that smart and it is not able to recognize equivalencies. You must use your advising checklist as the ultimate guide.

2. Q: I'm ready for student teaching, but the Program Evaluation tool on CLAWS says I still need to take EDU345 and EDU350. Why?

A: EDU350 is student teaching! EDU345 is called Seminar in Teaching and Learning, which accompanies student teaching, where you discuss with other student teachers how to handle the student teaching, and where you get some help for the seminar instructor. All student teachers must take the two courses during student teaching.

3. Q: How do I register for the lab session of a class?

A: All the "method classes" (EDU 336, 318, and 313) have a lab session. When you register for the classes, you must also register for their coresponding lab sessions. For example, if you want EDU336 section 02, you also must register for EDUL336 section 02.
