  Student Guide :: Create documents in your LiveText account

 

1.      Log in to LiveText and you will be brought to the My Work folder. To start a new document, you have to always click the [Create] button on left-top corner of the listing table.

 

2.      You are now in the Create Document page. You need to follow four steps:

a. Choose a folder: Click on the dropdown list and select a folder that holds a particular kind of templates.

b.    Choose a template: Browse through the various templates in that folder. See the ‘Template Outline’ on the right refresh each time, to reflect the items contained in your selection.

c.   Enter title and description for the document in the boxes provided.

d.   Click the [Create Document] button.

 

3. You can Edit Document to add or delete pages, and Edit Page to add or delete sections.

* Please note your content can only be added to sections; pages are section-holders and documents are page-holders.
